Food Product Sales – Final Sale

In accordance with California health and food safety regulations, all food items sold on CeiboFoods.com are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

• Chimichurri sauces

• Condiments

• Specialty food products

Once food products leave our control, we cannot accept returns or resell them for safety reasons.

This policy complies with California Civil Code §1723, which permits merchants to restrict returns on perishable and consumable goods when properly disclosed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request review, email us with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

• Replace the item

• Issue a refund to the original payment method

• Provide store credit

No returns of food products are required or accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

• Ceibo Foods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in non-refundable orders.

Non-Food Merchandise (If Applicable)

If Ceibo Foods offers non-food merchandise:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time for funds to appear.
