Our Story

Ceibo Foods, Inc. was born from a desire to honor our parents by sharing their beloved Argentine recipes with the world. Our signature J&M’s Chimichurri, made with the freshest ingredients, is a nod to our mother’s original recipe from the 1950s. It’s more than just a condiment; it’s a tradition, encapsulating the joy of Argentine “asados” and family meals. We are proud to continue this tradition and share a taste of Argentina with you.

2017

Ceibo Foods took a significant step forward by acquiring our commercial kitchen, allowing us to produce J&M’s Chimichurri on a larger scale. This expansion was a milestone in bringing our family’s recipes to tables across the globe, crafted with the same love and care that our mother poured into her original Argentine Chimichurri.

2018

Ceibo Foods embarked on a new venture, bringing our authentic Argentine flavors to the Marina del Rey Farmers Market. It was there that we began to share the unique taste of J&M’s Chimichurri with the community, connecting with customers face-to-face and celebrating our culinary roots in a vibrant local setting.

2019

In 2019, our journey at Ceibo Foods reached a new highlight when we secured a vendor booth at both the Burbank and Ventura Winter Wine Walks. This step not only allowed us to introduce J&M’s Chimichurri to a broader audience but also to connect with fellow wine and food enthusiasts during the cherished winter season.

2020 - 2023

In 2020, as the pandemic changed the way we connect and share our food, Ceibo Foods paused our presence at farmers markets and events. During this period, we focused on new endeavors, innovating the way we bring our beloved chimichurri to customers and adapting to a world where the traditional ways of food sharing and promotion were rapidly evolving
